Cool Spare Tire Covers for a Move Up North

1003124_023245684200_A_400I had to move my family from California to Minnesota for my work. My wife and my young daughter didn’t mind the change very much, but my seventeen-year-old son was particularly resistant to the idea, because he didn’t want to have to leave his friends behind. I’ve been trying to do little things for him that will help ease the moving process a little bit.

I knew that my son was annoyed that he was going to have to buy snow tires for his car, since he had never had to have them living in California, so I at least made the effort to buy him some cool spare tire covers to keep them in. I realize that may seem like a tiny step, but I feel like it’s the little things that are really getting to him about moving.

The Mascots on a Georgia Bulldogs Black Tire Cover

72a91e301bf1368db7d0175c35944619The Georgia Bulldogs have two well-known mascots: one is the costumed character known as Hairy Dawg, who is known as one of the most recognizable mascots in the country, while the other is Uga, an actual bulldog. Uga was named after the University of Georgia (or the U of GA) and is present at every home football game.

Since 1956, nine different dogs have used the name Uga and all are descended from the same lineage; Uga is generally replaced when his predecessor gets old or passes away. Some of the Uga mascots have been with the team for up to ten years. A Georgia Bulldogs black tire cover and other Bulldogs merchandise will often represent Uga or Hairy Dawg’s likeness on it.

Patriotism through an American Eagle Spare Tire Cover

eagle4I’ve always seen myself as someone who loves his country and it’s important to be as much of a patriot as you can in these trying times. Standing by your country and your government is something that I think not enough people are willing to do. We have to recognize that the things the government does are often in the people’s best interest.

American symbolism is something that I am very passionate about, whether it’s our nation’s great flag or the American eagle spare tire cover that I keep my tire in. I think that showing the symbols of our nation is a great way to represent your support for your country, especially if you are unable to serve in the armed forces or anything like that.

Horse Enthusiasts Love a Horse Spare Tire Cover

August 22, 2013 @ 11:13 am
posted by Elite_Auto

lif-wthyhobgMy favorite animal and my favorite mode of transportation is a horse, but I live pretty far out in the country, so riding my horse everywhere isn’t typically an option. I wouldn’t want to overwork my horse by riding her huge distances; I love her too much. That doesn’t stop me from showing off my love for horses with my other forms of transportation, however.

On the back of my car, for instance, I’ve got one of those family decals only it includes my horse as well. I also have a horse spare tire cover and plenty of bumper stickers on the back of my car that show how much I love horses. I only wish that I lived closer to the city so that I could more easily ride my actual horse into town.

New Tires and Spare Tire Covers

cm-06rRecently, I was driving down my street when I hit a nail in the road and it immediately popped my tire. I was lucky that something like that didn’t happen on the freeway or somewhere further away from home, but it was still a whole ordeal that I then had to deal with. As soon as I was able to, I went in to a tire place in order to get things situated.

When one of your tires gets ruined, it’s often in your best interest to replace all of them so that they’re all evenly matched. This isn’t always necessary, but I decided it was worth it since I had had my tires for a long while and their integrity might not be as great as they once were. I also decided that I would pick up some spare tire covers in order to protect any spare tires I’d also be picking up.

A Silly Boys Jeeps Are For Girls Tire Cover as a Reward

lens17905196_1304329683Silly_Boys_Jeeps_Are_For_My daughter bought her first car recently and I’m very proud of her for being smart with her money and being able to properly pay for it. My wife and I are planning on helping her out with a few things, but so far she’s been making good decisions about her car. She got a Jeep, which surprised me a little bit, but she has always been interested in off-roading and things like that.

My wife and I decided that we’d reward her hard work and smart monetary decisions by getting her a few of the accessories that she would need for her care. For instance, my wife even found a Silly Boys Jeeps Are For Girls tire cover for our daughter that we knew she would love, for obvious reasons. We also got her oil and things like that.

American Flag Spare Tire Cover

cbg25116I would certainly call myself something of a patriotic person. I’ve got a strong understanding of what this country was founded for and though I often tire of seeing politicians pull these values apart, I still have an immense loyalty to my country. I’m very thankful to have the opportunity to live in America and I make sure to show my love of America to the world.

I don’t know why anyone would ever want to hide their love for their country, which is why it’s something that I wear loud and proud. Whether it’s through bumper stickers or through an American flag spare tire cover, I always like to find creative ways to show off how much I love America. After all, a true patriot is someone willing to show what they stand for.

The Symbolism Of An American Eagle Spare Tire Cover

May 7, 2013 @ 12:01 pm
posted by Elite_Auto

eagle6One of the most iconic symbols of America and freedom is that of the American bald eagle; it became the official national bird of the United States in 1789, but was used as a symbol even before then. It was chosen because of the bird’s independence, its strength, longevity, courage, and beauty, as these were all qualities that exemplified the United States.

It’s no surprise that the bald eagle managed to make its way onto the Great Seal of the United States, as well as plenty of other American iconography. These days, the proud American eagle is still a very important symbol of freedom and independence and can be found on plenty of merchandise such as an American eagle spare tire cover.

Detroit Tigers Tire Cover Shows Support Even In Loss

April 30, 2013 @ 11:00 am
posted by Elite_Auto

detroit-tigers2012 was a turbulent year for Detroit Tigers baseball fans; in the first half of the 2012 season, the Tigers did alright. By the midway point, they were at 39-42, though the team did considerably better during the second half of the season. They in fact did so well that they ended the season with an 88-74 record and won the American League pennant.

However, when it came to the 2012 World Series, the Tigers did not do particularly well at all. They were faced against the Giants and lost four games to none; they were shut out twice, which was as many times as they had been shut out in the entire regular season. Regardless, fans still sported a Detroit Tigers tire cover or jersey to show their support.

Loving Horses And A Horse Spare Tire Cover

April 23, 2013 @ 12:28 pm
posted by Elite_Auto

boy and horseEven though I generally drive a car to get around, I wish that the world was more conducive to allowing my favorite form of transport – a horse! Riding a horse into town would be great; I would enjoy it so much more than I enjoy riding a bicycle or even driving a car, in some situations. Horses are my favorite kind of animal and my favorite kind of transport.

Obviously, since there aren’t exactly a lot of places where you can station your horse without problem, riding your horse everywhere isn’t especially feasible. But a girl can dream! I even have a horse spare tire cover because if I can’t actually ride my horse, I can dress up my car as much as I can to show off how much I love horses.
