Detroit Tigers Tire Cover Shows Support Even In Loss
2012 was a turbulent year for Detroit Tigers baseball fans; in the first half of the 2012 season, the Tigers did alright. By the midway point, they were at 39-42, though the team did considerably better during the second half of the season. They in fact did so well that they ended the season with an 88-74 record and won the American League pennant.
However, when it came to the 2012 World Series, the Tigers did not do particularly well at all. They were faced against the Giants and lost four games to none; they were shut out twice, which was as many times as they had been shut out in the entire regular season. Regardless, fans still sported a Detroit Tigers tire cover or jersey to show their support.
